Refund policy

Because our teas and honeys are food products, we can't accept returns on tea or honey.

Unused tea infusers and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at jamila@violetandhoneytea.com to arrange a return.

If an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it — no refunds for damaged items. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 3 business days of delivery at jamila@violetandhoneytea.com with your order number and a photo of the issue if you can.

If your order arrives incorrect or missing, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement.

If a replacement is approved, we'll ship it promptly.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
