How long will my order take?
Orders are packed in small batches and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 more business days. You'll get tracking when your order ships. We ship within the U.S. only.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is available on pop-up days only — we don't have a standing pickup location. Watch the Find Us page for upcoming pop-ups.
What is the recipe card?
Every pouch comes with a Try It This Way™ recipe card — a latte, sparkler, or mocktail recipe made for that tea, plus the honey pairing we suggest. Buy two pouches of the same tea and you'll get two different cards. The honey is a suggestion, not included.
Which teas have caffeine?
It varies by blend, and our lineup can change — check the caffeine info listed with each tea on the Shop page.
What about allergens?
Allergen notes are listed with each blend on the Shop page. Since our lineup can change, check the notes for the tea you're ordering before you buy.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing something?
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Damaged items will be replaced. Incorrect or missing items will be replaced.
Can I return something?
Because our teas and honeys are food products, we can't accept returns on tea or honey. Unused tea infusers and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery — contact us to arrange it.

Is tea really not boring?
Correct. Tea has simply been suffering from bad publicity and too many sad tea bags. We make flavorful loose-leaf blends for lattes, sparkling sips, mocktails and cups you'll actually look forward to drinking.
What does “Try It This Way” mean?
Every tea can be more than one basic cup. Our Try It This Way™ recipe cards show you creative ways to turn your tea into something special—without requiring professional barista skills.
Do I need fancy equipment?
Nope! A tea infuser, strainer or reusable tea filter is enough. A milk frother is fun for lattes and cold foam, but it isn't required.
Can I drink the teas hot or iced?
Most blends can be enjoyed both ways. Check the product description and recipe card for our favorite preparation ideas.
Can I make these drinks at home?
Absolutely. That's the whole idea! Our recipes are designed to feel special while still being realistic enough to make in your own kitchen.
Do I have to add honey?
No. Taste your tea first, then sweeten it however you like. We recommend infused honey pairings because the right honey can bring out flavors already present in the blend.
Which tea should I try first?
Start with the flavor that sounds the most like you. Cozy and spiced? Try Sweet Potato Chai. Fruity and celebratory? Choose Just Because. Bright and refreshing? Berry, Mint to Be is waiting.
Why did my Blue Me Away tea change color?
That's the butterfly pea flower showing off! Adding lemon or another acidic ingredient can change the tea from blue to violet or pink. It's completely natural—and very fun to watch.
How much loose-leaf tea should I use?
Follow the brewing directions printed on each pouch. Leaf size and ingredients vary, so some teas require a little more room in the spoon than others.
Can I steep my tea twice?
Some blends will give you a second cup, although it may taste lighter. Add a little extra steeping time and see what happens. We fully support tea experimentation.
Are Violet & Honey teas wellness teas?
Violet & Honey is a flavor-first tea company. We create tea for enjoyment, creativity and really good drinks. We don't market our blends as treatments or cures.
